Sales Representative
Overview:
To consult, sell and service customers on Hintzsche’s
full complement of agronomic products and information. Products
will include fertilizer, crop protection, seed, ag consulting,
precision ag services and equipment. Position to be based in the
Troxel/DeKalb area.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2-3 years field sales experience
in Midwest crops
-
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
-
Agricultural/Farm background a plus
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Results oriented/self-starter
-
Good computer skills
-
Strong work ethic/positive attitude
Credit
and Collections Specialist
Overview:
Will work under the direction of the CFO to implement the
credit and collection policies of the Agronomy, Feed, and Oil
Divisions. Will handle the day-to-day responsibilities related
to credit and collections, as well as initiate appropriate collection
procedures on past-due accounts. Will ensure integrity of internal
controls and assist with the timely and accurate dissemination
of reports and information to management. In addition, will maintain
and cultivate customer and internal relationships. Position to
be based in Troxel.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
-
3-5 years credit and collection experience required
-
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
preferred
-
Strong communication skills for negotiation
and reconciliation required
-
Strong computer skills necessary, including
Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
-
Experience with credit scoring/risk rating systems
preferred
-
Agricultural background preferred
Field
Crop Custom Applicator (Troxel)
Full-time position with excellent pay, benefits and opportunities

Spring & Fall demand long hours.
Agriculture background preferred.
Experience helpful.
Extensive classroom and hands-on training provided.

Seasonal Drivers Needed (various locations)
Seasonal Hazmat Drivers - Scarboro Location
(2 positions)
Class A required (Hazmat endorsement needed with tanker and air
brakes)
Seasonal drivers needed beginning with the spring season. Deliveries
are in the local service area. Will be responsible for the proper
placarding of vehicles to meet company and DOT requirements and
regulations. Will be responsible for daily logs, vehicle inspection
reports and trips reports as required by company and DOT regulation.

Seasonal Hazmat Driver - Troxel Location
(1 position)
Class A required (Hazmat endorsement needed with tanker and air
brakes)
Seasonal driver needed beginning with the spring season. Deliveries
are in the local service area. Will be responsible for the proper
placarding of vehicles to meet company and DOT requirements and
regulations. Will be responsible for daily logs, vehicle inspection
reports and trips reports as required by company and DOT regulation.
